The staff at the marina are always courteous and helpful. If you use their rental slips, they are mindful of security and keep the area locked up during the overnight hours, as well as give their customers a code to use so if you need things from your boat or just want want to do some night fishing, you are able to get to your boat. I would recommend them to my friends. read less

Check in was quick and easy. Attendant quickly got us out and we enjoyed our day on the lake. The equipment was fine. No complaints. The ski boat was supposed to high blue tooth for music but we didn't ask before we left and couldn't figure it out once we were out on the lake. Be sure to get clarification if this is important. Check out is every quick and easy. Looking forward to our return. read less

Great boat, great fun and a really great way to see the lake and let the kids and grandkids have the experience of tubing. If you are not tubing I suggest a shorter rental unless you know the lake really well. I was a little concerned to go off the area where I could see the Dam in order to make it back to the marina. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice adventure though a bit pricey (over $550 for 4 hours). read less

We went over Memorial Day, arguably the busiest weekend of the year, and their employees handled our boat rental like champs. Instructions were easy, boat ran well, and it had room for 10+ guys on the pontoon they gave us.

The lake is beautiful. Unlike Grand Lake, which is man made, Broken Bow Lake is protected which means you can’t have a private dock on the water. So the water is super clean and the tree line is beautiful. Would highly suggest checking out this lake. read less

Was expecting a long wait and lots of challenges getting the boat in and out of the water. Pleasantly surprised. Big enough turnaround to get down to the ramp. Wide enough for two boats to use the ramp with ease. The only problem was with parking. There seems to be plenty of spaces but vehicles only were parking in the long spaces intended for vehicles with a trailer. We had to park on the side of the road and walk down to the ramp after we got the boat in the water. The lake was absolutely beautiful with plenty of coves to anchor and enjoy time in the water. Ample day slips to park the boats during prep. Friendly staff always available to assist when docking. Was able to score the last overnight slip. Owners came out to check on us. Very impressed. read less

We took wave runners. The parking with a boat trailer is very tight and the flow of traffic makes it very hard to get the trailer out of your spot. We found the attitude of the employees to not be quit as friendly as it could have been, however the equipment is in very good condition, and the organization and efficiency of the place is outstanding. They provide small wagons for you to get all of your gear down to the dock. The people running this place obviously have a lot of experience running a marina as everything seemed to be covered. read less

From the friendly ladies on the phone helping with our reservation, to the young people that explained all the rules and how to operate the boat. It had to have been one of the busiest times for them with the 4th of July coming up but we got out on the lake on time. Thought for sure it would be crowded on the lake but was pleasantly surprised. The boat was clean and when we returned it, i was like watching a pit crew coming out to end of pier to grab our boat and pull it up to the gas pumps. The crew was young and full of energy, they were all laughing along with getting the job done. Great Job! read less

The kids loved playing on the tube. The dogs loved being on the boat with us. Normally when we travel, we have to board our dogs. This vacation, we planned a trip close enough to drive and take the dogs with us. It was great. The folks at the Marina were extremely professional and courteous. It's definitely less crowded to go out in the morning. By the time we were coming back, the marina was getting very busy. Parking is limited because so many people park their vehicle + boat trailers there. So, having gone early, we didn't have as much problem as it looked like the afternoon folks were having in terms of parking. read less

From the moment we arrived on the... read moreRenting jet skis at Beavers Bend Marina was the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived on the dock everyone was extremely helpful. Darnell and another young gentleman went above and beyond to make my boyfriend and I feel comfortable (he had never been on a jet ski before). They went over all the safety instructions, fitted us for our life jackets, and showed us the ends and outs of the jet ski. They were helpful, funny, and just all around a lot of fun. They most definitely set the mood for our entire day. We rented for an hour and had a blast, the jet skis were so much fun; the lake is absolutely beautiful. Once we returned we were greeted with their smiling faces once again and was asked how we enjoyed our time out on the lake. The crowd had picked up a lot once we got back (we had an 11am-12pm ride time), but they were great with getting the jet skis gassed up and getting us on our way. I cannot say enough good things about the gentlemen that helped us on the dock. They even recommended local eating places (which we went to both, one for lunch and one for dinner) and they were both amazing. We already can't wait to go back and book again with this place. Thank you for making this worrier so comfortable about the entire process. read less
