The staff at the marina are always courteous and helpful. If you use their rental slips, they are mindful of security and keep the area locked up during the overnight hours, as well as give their customers a code to use so if you need things from your boat or just want want to do some night fishing, you are able to get to your boat. We went over Memorial Day, arguably the busiest weekend of the year, and their employees handled our boat rental like champs. Instructions were easy, boat ran well, and it had room for 10+ guys on the pontoon they gave us.

The lake is beautiful. Unlike Grand Lake, which is man made, Broken Bow Lake is protected which means you can’t have a private dock on the water. So the water is super clean and the tree line is beautiful. Would highly suggest checking out this lake. read less

From the friendly ladies on the phone helping with our reservation, to the young people that explained all the rules and how to operate the boat. It had to have been one of the busiest times for them with the 4th of July coming up but we got out on the lake on time. Thought for sure it would be crowded on the lake but was pleasantly surprised. The boat was clean and when we returned it, i was like watching a pit crew coming out to end of pier to grab our boat and pull it up to the gas pumps. The crew was young and full of energy, they were all laughing along with getting the job done. Great Job! read less

It is a busy place with inadequate parking. It is being addressed and hopefully in the very near future will be resolved. We did rent a 28' pontoon and were very pleased with the boat and service. Ck in/ck went off very efficiently. Boat/amenities all were fine. Will return and would recommend.

Check in was quick and easy. Attendant quickly got us out and we enjoyed our day on the lake. The equipment was fine. No complaints. The ski boat was supposed to high blue tooth for music but we didn't ask before we left and couldn't figure it out once we were out on the lake. Be sure to get clarification if this is important. Was expecting a long wait and lots of challenges getting the boat in and out of the water. Pleasantly surprised. Big enough turnaround to get down to the ramp. Wide enough for two boats to use the ramp with ease. The only problem was with parking. There seems to be plenty of spaces but vehicles only were parking in the long spaces intended for vehicles with a trailer. We had to park on the side of the road and walk down to the ramp after we got the boat in the water. The lake was absolutely beautiful with plenty of coves to anchor and enjoy time in the water. Ample day slips to park the boats during prep. Friendly staff always available to assist when docking. Was able to score the last overnight slip. Owners came out to check on us. Very impressed. read less

We took wave runners. The parking with a boat trailer is very tight and the flow of traffic makes it very hard to get the trailer out of your spot. We found the attitude of the employees to not be quit as friendly as it could have been, however the equipment is in very good condition, and the organization and efficiency of the place is outstanding. They provide small wagons for you to get all of your gear down to the dock. The people running this place obviously have a lot of experience running a marina as everything seemed to be covered. read less

We got to the marina 30 min prior to our rental start time and they had jackets for us, helped us load onto the boat and oriented us to the controls. The boat was nice, clean and looked brand new. When we returned to the marina they were there waiting for us and helped us off, filled the tank and adjusted our total. It couldn’t have been easier. The staff was very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend. With fuel and the tube, rental fee came out to just over $100 per hour. read less
