The staff had specifically put in additional cleaning procedures for Covid which was comforting to know. The staff was prompt, efficient and courteous - I had initially booked the boat for only 2 hours but the family had so much fun that we ended up extending it. It was a cloudy and humid day but since we started first thing in the morning, it wasn't too hot. The water temperature was perfect and the tube boating was the highlight of the trip for us. Great job Beavers Bend Marina. Keep it up!!! read less

From the moment we arrived on the... read moreRenting jet skis at Beavers Bend Marina was the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived on the dock everyone was extremely helpful. Darnell and another young gentleman went above and beyond to make my boyfriend and I feel comfortable (he had never been on a jet ski before). They went over all the safety instructions, fitted us for our life jackets, and showed us the ends and outs of the jet ski. They were helpful, funny, and just all around a lot of fun. They most definitely set the mood for our entire day. We rented for an hour and had a blast, the jet skis were so much fun; the lake is absolutely beautiful. Once we returned we were greeted with their smiling faces once again and was asked how we enjoyed our time out on the lake. The crowd had picked up a lot once we got back (we had an 11am-12pm ride time), but they were great with getting the jet skis gassed up and getting us on our way. I cannot say enough good things about the gentlemen that helped us on the dock. They even recommended local eating places (which we went to both, one for lunch and one for dinner) and they were both amazing. We already can't wait to go back and book again with this place. Thank you for making this worrier so comfortable about the entire process. read less

As a matter of fact, because of her excellent service, we chose to rent the next day as well. And if you're on a budget, you know that is expensive. But it just goes to show that service does in fact bring customers back. We live about 2 hours away, and it was our first time to Beaver's Bend. We will definitely be future customers! We have already booked a cabin for next summer and have the marina down as well! read less

The staff at the marina are always courteous and helpful. If you use their rental slips, they are mindful of security and keep the area locked up during the overnight hours, as well as give their customers a code to use so if you need things from your boat or just want want to do some night fishing, you are able to get to your boat. I would recommend them to my friends. read less

We rented a pontoon boat for 4 hours. There were several teenagers working at the marina & some of them weren't very knowledgeable about the marina & for that matter not very friendly. The guy that helped us with our rental boat was very friendly & knowledgeable. The lake is beautiful & the water is very clean & clear & cold. It is the cleanest lake & Beavers Bend park is the cleanest park that I've ever seen! We had a great time!!! read less

We took wave runners. The parking with a boat trailer is very tight and the flow of traffic makes it very hard to get the trailer out of your spot. We found the attitude of the employees to not be quit as friendly as it could have been, however the equipment is in very good condition, and the organization and efficiency of the place is outstanding. They provide small wagons for you to get all of your gear down to the dock. The people running this place obviously have a lot of experience running a marina as everything seemed to be covered. read less

I have never gone on a boat or tubing or swam in a lake before so this was definetly a new experience! When we got there, the bathrooms were really clean! And they arent indoor either, theyre like fancy porta potties haha! The lake water was gorgeous, I could see my legs through the water it was so clear! The Marina was run by some friendly teens and they were so helpful and playful too! They werent rude and they knew how to do their job! Our boat was a clean pontoon built for 9, but my family of 4 enjoyed having the large space. We payed about $25 for a preattached water tube to go tubing on. The water wasnt crowded so we had no problem going fast or just hanging out in the water with the boat turned off. The boats came with life vests perfect so everyone could have one. All in all it cost about $300 for 2 hours on a 9 seated pontoon with a floatie and paying for the gas we used. Everyone was so friendly it felt like family! Definetly a must do!! read less

We got to the marina 30 min prior to our rental start time and they had jackets for us, helped us load onto the boat and oriented us to the controls. The boat was nice, clean and looked brand new. When we returned to the marina they were there waiting for us and helped us off, filled the tank and adjusted our total. It couldn’t have been easier. The staff was very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend. With fuel and the tube, rental fee came out to just over $100 per hour. read less

Check in was quick and easy. Attendant quickly got us out and we enjoyed our day on the lake. The equipment was fine. No complaints. The ski boat was supposed to high blue tooth for music but we didn't ask before we left and couldn't figure it out once we were out on the lake. Be sure to get clarification if this is important.
